WNYC-FM Takes Top Spot With Largest Cume Among Public Radio News/Information Stations
WNYC also is #5 nationally and #2 locally among all news and news/talk radio stations, commercial and non-commercial combined
(New York, NY – November 15, 2024) – In Inside Radio’s Top 10 report on the most listened-to news- or news/talk-formatted stations in PPM markets out today, WNYC-FM in New York ranked #1 among all public radio news/information stations across the country.
In addition, when combining commercial and non-commercial stations, WNYC holds the #5 spot for all news/talk stations nationally and the #2 spot locally in the New York market.
The audience data covers the full broadcast week, in the combined Spring and Summer 2024 Nielsen books.
